No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (Japanese import CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays), we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the cases outlined below. We encourage you to check all product details, including format compatibility and region codes, before purchasing.
Exceptions — Defective or Incorrect Items
We will provide a replacement or full refund only in the following cases:
- The item arrived physically damaged due to shipping
- You received a wrong item different from what you ordered
- The item was lost in transit and not delivered
How to Report an Issue
- Email us at info@japanmediastore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging showing the damage or defect.
- We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@japanmediastore.com.
Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before the item ships.
Region Compatibility
Please note that Japanese CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays may have region restrictions. DVDs are typically Region 2 (Japan/Europe) and Blu-rays are Region A or Region-Free. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your playback device. This does not qualify as a defect under our policy.
